I did not read
about this. I lived it.
Born dead for 45 minutes in Sweden, 1968. Cerebral palsy. Doctors said I would never walk normally. At age 4, I told my mother I would become a mountain climber.
I spent 40 years in chronic pain — cramps every hour of every day. I broke a Paralympic world record through it. Dined with the king. Sailed the Atlantic under UN flag. Coached 1000+ people 1:1. Made 350+ paintings. And still wore the mask.
In 2009, I had my first pain-free day in Thailand. Two years on the beach — no projects, no clients — just watching sunrises. That silence was where the 1% Method was born. Not from a book. From 48 years of choosing to burn bright when everything said stop.
"Born dead. Climbed. Rested. Found direction. One percent at a time."
